Description

The “Peperoncino” apartment is a “loft” with two levels.  It has an external 16 square meter porch located
within the apartment’s private garden.  The ground floor covers an area of 50 square meters.  The kitchen,
living room with fireplace and spacious bathroom with double Jacuzzi bath tub is located on this floor.  The
second floor covers an area of 40 square meters.  A large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a
shower are located on this floor.  It is possible to include a single bed at an additional cost.

For families with infants and small children, on request, and according to availability: cradles or fold
up baby beds with protective sidings, child toilet seats, baby baths, high chairs, baby bottle/baby food
heaters, baby bottle sterilizer, stroller, fold up cradles, changing units, baby bouncer, plastic plates, dishes,
cups and cutlery for babies and toddlers

Services included:
Jacuzzi, Conditioners, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Barbecue, Wi-
Fi and TV.  Car Park.  Pets are allowed.  Cleaning at end of stay.  Linen for kitchen, bathrooms and
bedrooms is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels).

In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach.
