“Ortica” is a 40 square meter apartment located on the ground floor. It has a small private garden with 15
square meters of external covered terrace. This is an ideal apartment for a couple. The apartment has a
spacious, luminous bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a fully fitted and furnished
kitchen / dining area.

Shower, Conditioners, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Barbecue, Wi-Fi
and TV. Car Park. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at end of stay. Linen for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms
is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels).

In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach.
