Description

The “Gardenia” apartment is 43 square meters and is located on the first floor. It is mainly furnished with
luxurious antique furniture. The private entrance can be reached by means of an external stairway. It has a
bathroom with Jacuzzi and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. The living, dining and kitchen area is
open space. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a two piece cooker. The dining/living area is tastefully
furnished. At the rear of the apartment one can find an 8 square meter covered external terrace with a
splendid view.

For families with infants and small children, on request, and according to availability: cradles or fold
up baby beds with protective sidings, child toilet seats, baby baths, high chairs, baby bottle/baby food
heaters, baby bottle sterilizer, stroller, fold up cradles, changing units, baby bouncer, plastic plates, dishes,
cups and cutlery for babies and toddlers.

Services included:
Jacuzzi, Conditioners, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Barbecue, Wi-Fi
and TV. Car Park. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at end of stay. Linen for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms
is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels).

In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach.
